"One night quick stay but it was brilliant. The staff was so helpful and ready to help. This hotel is in a great location as you can get Careem to Ajman and Sharjah easily. 25mins - 35mins to Dubai. I would come back as it’s very affordable and clean."

"the hotel was nice i have couple of points to mention, please note that i have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights 1. the staff are friendly, only one of the front desk female staff she was tuff and trying to make everything hard for you or make you pay for extra things requested, such as extra bed, or late checkout. 2. the sound isolation between the corridor, rooms and bathroom is very bad, you will hear any one talking outside your room, or your next door room what subject exactly they are talking about, or even in the bathroom. 3. the AC was extremally cold (although am very hot person and cannot feel the cold unless the temp was below 16), since i had 2 rooms, one of the rooms was setting up the AC temp to 23c and the room temp was indicating to 11c, the other room was giving us a headache and the AC fan was always high (even if you set it to low). 4. during our last night i have noticed one insects (it was sooo small) but still they should maintain the pest control on regular bases. 5. the hair dryer was not working well. 6. there is magnifying mirror with light, but the light was not connected to the electricity and the lighting in the bathroom is not so bright. above points was the cons points, and below are the Pros points; 1. all the other staff was nice and helpful 2. there is a lot of super markets and restaurants in the area, even you can cross the street and walk on the Buhairah corniche 3. strangely the hotel restaurant"

"It is always a fantastic experience with Almajaz premier .. staff, cleanliness, service.. special thanks to Mr Mohd Kamal who acted very professionally and nicely during my stay, special thanks to Rafik at the lobby and Junid at the reception and my thanks to ALL the Staff with no exception!! "The ”Red Castle” is a 4-star hotel, well-suited for tourists. The restaurant is quite good, offering an extensive selection of dishes and always fresh fruit. The building itself is huge, spacious, and features a lavish, beautiful interior. It's meticulously clean throughout. The staff is polite and attentive, with Russian speakers available at the front desk. A large, covered rooftop pool offers stunning views of the sea and city skyline, making it ideal for sunbathing. Our 'super-suite' room came with a bathtub (not just a shower) and was fully equipped with all necessities, though bathrobes were not provided. While a bit remote from the city and shops, shuttle buses run in four directions. The hotel lacks extensive private grounds. A shuttle bus takes guests to the beach, which is nicely sandy. However, sunshades and services are notably scarce there."

"Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews."

"Very satisfied, it is the best hotel for this trip, and experiencing the Middle Eastern style room has become an important part of the trip. The location is in the heart of Sharjah, and it is integrated with the museum of the heart of Sharjah. The service and breakfast are the highlights. A delicious drink is served first when checking in. The breakfast is great, more exquisite and stylish than the buffet. During the Spring Festival, you can feel full of sincerity. The staff will say Happy New Year. The room also thoughtfully prepares red envelopes (with chocolates in them) and small snacks with Happy New Year written on them. They are very delicious. Breakfast also adds a Chinese menu, but it’s a pity that there is only one day. It’s delicious. It is recommended to make more! A few points in the ointment: it is too close to the mosque, and the sound of the prayer will be disturbed. The bath water will not be hot after a long time, so you must wash it quickly, and the two people are separated.
